On the main level the family room has a beautiful 3-sided gas fireplace, TV and DVD player, DVD's, glider-chair, recliner-couch, and coffee table. The windows face the front of the cabin where deer can be seen walking by at all times of the day. There is a large closet for storing your coats, coolers, and treasures that you have found at the Ellijay antique shops. The spacious kitchen includes an island-bar with seating for two, and is equipped with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, crock-pot, cocoa-latte maker, hand-mixer, and coffee pot. There are two sets of dishes (formal and daily), cups, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils, pots, pans, mixing bowls, baking pans and towels. Several cabinets remain empty for you to store your things during your stay. Enjoy a beautiful sunset over the mountains as you look out the kitchen windows. The dining area includes a wood table with seating for 6 beside the fireplace. The double-windows and French doors open the area into the woods and show a spectacular view of the mountains. This room has a hook-up to high speed Internet. Moving into the spacious master suite is a queen bed with luxury sheets and homemade quilts, night stands, dresser, chair, and a large closet complete the room. The view of the mountains will greet you as you wake in the mornings. A Jacuzzi tub is a great way to soak away any stress, and is separate from the full bath with shower, two sinks, shelving and cabinet space and another wonderful view of the mountains. Bedroom two has a full size bed, chair and small dresser, and a closet. Bathroom two is a full bath with sink, tub, and space to put your belongings on rustic shelves. Also outside the dining area French doors is the main level covered deck with a bench, table and 4 chairs, electric grill with the necessary utensils, and the most incredible view of the mountains. It is convenient for meals, or just a cup of coffee. The front porch spans the length of the cabin and has a 2-person swing, two rocking chairs with a small table between.
On the lower level bedroom 3 is a large bedroom with rustic furniture including 2 twin beds, TV and cabinet with extra space for your belongings, two benches that double as night stands, and a TV chair. There is a full bath with shower and is convenient for the bedroom and the game/sitting areas on the lower level. The lower level game area includes antique music on the walls, instruments, and other musical items, a TV, DVD player, CD player/radio, electric keyboard, a bumper-pool table and a beautiful cherry-wood pub/gaming table with 4 stools. The cabinets are filled with games and puzzles. There is a beautiful sitting area surrounding a rock-front gas fireplace, with a wooden rocker, antique rocker, queen sleeper sofa, shelves with a large collection of books. The view of the mountains here is beautiful and at dusk, it is a great place to see deer passing through. The covered deck just outside the sitting area includes a bench and a 6 person hot tub. The view of the mountains during the day, and the stars at night, make this a relaxing, romantic place to spend time. Just outside the gaming area is the third deck and includes a hammock to take a quick nap or a long snooze. There is a full-size washer and dryer downstairs for you to use, just please bring your own laundry detergent. There is also an ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, broom, and other cleaning items in case you wish to use them.
