SOUTHERN COMFORT FEATURES:
This beautiful cabin is set on a park-like 3.5 acres with gorgeous hardwood trees and
a tranquil pond. Relax on the spacious wrap-around deck in the hot tub with views of the pond.
In the early evening, wander down to feed the koi in one of three small ponds located on the property.
On the main level there is a kitchen, dining area, living area with a wood burning fireplace, bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a queen size bed.
The loft features serene views of the pond and grounds from the upper windows, king size bed, remote controlled gas log fireplace and the master bath is complete with garden tub and separate large fully tiled shower.
This is a rare property seldom found in North Georgia or anywhere else for that matter.
You will more than likely see some type of wildlife in the area -- turkeys, deer,
squirrels, rabbits, hawks, ducks and geese, plus many different birds - sightings depend on time of day and time of year.
This is the perfect place for small families (ideal place for children to catch that first fish),
couples, and newlyweds. Leave your stress behind and experience true relaxation in the North Georgia Mountains.

We are located just 90 miles north of Atlanta, the area is known for hiking, boating, golfing, and whitewater rafting.
