Burts Pumpkin Farm

What could be more relaxing and enjoyable than a hayride through the mountains in the crisp cool autumn air? At Burts farm there are eight tractors and wagons that accommodate up to 20 people per wagon. These tractors and wagons carry people through a tranquil mountain stream into popcorn and pumpkin fields. After stopping at the pumpkin house to hear Burts talking pumpkins, Autumn and Gourdy, the hayride then proceeds on a two mile trip down a winding mountain road. The hayride ends looking down from a panoramic hilltop view of Burts farm and Amicalola Falls. A sight for sure to be remembered and treasured.
Anybody hungry? At Burts farm we have a wide array of food items to choose from. From our jams and jellys to our apple or pumpkin butter, our homemade canned products are perfect for gift ideas or personal enjoyment. These products are made in our own kitchen by members of the Burts farm family. Try some pumpkin pie or pumpkin roll, guaranteed to satisfy every time. In addition to jams, jellys and pies we also have popped popcorn and candy coated popcorn products. The popcorn is grown here on the farm for that downhome country taste you can only find in Burts popcorn. Enjoy a bag of boiled peanuts cooked to perfection along with Burts fruit punch, lemonade, or apple cider. |
